Mrs Taaffe

Today we finally find out that It was Mrs Taaffe that did the crime scene and she came to our classroom and she said that she did It and she proved it.

Mrs Taaffe came to the school to drop off some paperwork and she lost her HDMI and then she came into whetu and took some milky way bars to and she took 18n milky ways and she dropped some and she ran out

Helloween is to be having fun and to laugh and some times fireworks go off to and it's fun to watch but some times I get scared but its fun going to do trick or treat some people say trick or treat and the other person said trick and people have to do a trick.

Out of all the people in the whole wide world out of half of the people will go trick or treating.

  Chapter 1 at school and my Bday

‘’Today I’m’’ so excited because It’s my birthday and my first day for school and I’m so happy to go to school 1 minute later “Honey gut” yeah, said honey gut come downstairs we’ve got a surprise for you ok mum said honey gut, and then  A Few Seconds Later. Yes, Mum what is it? Come find out, Okay Mum.

Hey mum here you go whattttttttttttt a puppy mum you are the best said ‘’honey gut’’ ok after school your dad is coming home so please be good ’’ ok said honey gut’’ ok time to get get in your favorite clothes A few seconds latter again

So honey gut got changed into a tank top and jeans and then she stranded outside waiting for the bus then the bus stopped.

 

                   Chapter 2 In the Bus

When the bus stopped I looked in and then I went in it was really scary but then someone was talking to me and i started talking to her and she was so nice then she sat by me and I said to her what is her name and she said sweaty pie and then we stop and we hopped off the bus and people were looking at me 

So we went into the school and a teacher said ‘’hi’’and the bell rang and I just followed everyone else and I went to the class and I sat on my desk and then……

                 Chapter 3 In-class

In class there was a funny joke and I was about to laugh but I didn't want to be the only one but the teacher scared me and I got so in barest and I did not like it but it was lunchtime and I made lots of friends and It is fun having friends

And now all of the school is my friend and iv got a lot of them too.

Guy Fawkes

     Guy Fawkes

Guy Fawkes only go at night so you can see it more and one thing you can not go to close to the guy Fawkes or it will not be fun and it looks a bit scary but when you see it a lot of time it's not that scary.

Guy Fawkes only goes on November the 5th and when did people start guy Fawkes it is 1605 and now is 2020.

Is guy Fawkes dangerous yes it is because people fidget about animals and it is not safe for animals and if you do have animals then you have to make sure that they are far away as possible.  

Athletics Day

 On Athletics yesterday.

 I entered 60 meters and 100, and the hardest one was 200 because It was more to run and in the finals, I came 5th because my legs were sore and I tried my best to win but

 I did good and after I did the race I went on to my long jump and I didn't jump that long cause my legs still hurt but I push my self and I did a good jump and the most challenging for me was running 200 meters the most one I like the most was shot put because

 I don't really know how to do it but I tied before my races I was shaking my easiest was 60 meters and the learning power I was showing was courage cause I tryed my best and respect of not bumping Into people witch I was cause I was tired.

Whetū Workshops Reflection

During Term 2 and 3 the Whetū students have had the opportunity to be involved in a range of different

workshops

The workshop that I have enjoyed participating in the most has been origamis Because you have to

make a lot of cool stuff like dogs horses Its amazing like so much.

 

The new learning that I have learnt is Science because you have to put acid in the other acid and It

works and Its a good experiment. 

What I have most enjoyed about the workshops are drama because you act and play and reehearse for

the drama activity Its nice when did the play stuff.

 I am interested in learning more about science because you mext cool stuff together and you mack a

cool ecspearmint and it explodes and i love the milk one and cream well all of them I like.

X country Team 3 and week 4.

 When It was X country I was scared when It was my turn. I didn't feel good because I just had a juicy and I thought like real bab but. Anyway, we did 2 big lap's and no small lap's when I ran I felt good on the last lap. When we went through the ending and Chrysler was behind me and. I started to slow down and Chrysler past me and she came 10th and I came 11th and. I did a big approvement for me and when we were done I had to lie down straight away and here Is the photo!!!

Egg Drop Challenge

This week I got an egg and I dropped my egg and It drock I thought it was going to drag and it was cool I got to check if it drock and it was the easiest thing was dropping it. It was cool well

Maia's Whetu Term 2 2020 Reflection

My Term 2, 2020 

The new learning activity that I have enjoyed the most this term is TT rockstars because you do time’s table and it’s fun playing the game. It’s really cool you can play all the game’s and It was cool playing a lot of games. 

Something that has challenged me this term has been doing the Whetu challenge because it’s a bit hard doing the challenge. the last time I did it, I had to make it a tennis ball tower of the newspaper and it wouldn't stand up.We needed to make the sides even so it would not fall over.

The Whetu Challenge I enjoyed the most was  Egg carton challenge on my egg carton challenge I did the beach

And I did yellow and blue for my paint. I did a milk bottle lids for the sun. And came out like I wanted It to be. 

Now it looks so good.

The opt-in workshop I enjoyed the most was…….. Pom pom bird because they are so cute and we could make 

them as cute as we want. 

An aim I have for my learning is to be better at TTrockstars. It’s fun and cool. I really like how you can do time’s table’s and it looks like a video game when you do it.

EGG CARTON CREATION

This week for our Whetu Challenge we created something using egg cartons.

For my egg challenge, It was easy but not to easy it was fun. I loved it and my hard’s thing was panting
